Mr. Stein has prepared, filed and prosecutedthousands of patent and trademark applications, worked with client to developand manage their patent and trademark portfolios, and provided training toin-house inventors and patent engineers. Mr. Stein has prepared infringement, validity and freedom to operateopinions, general counseling and licensing expertise for numerous clients. Inaddition, Mr. Stein has worked with litigation counsel on enforcement anddefense matters as well.

Throughout the years, Mr. Stein has workedwith many overseas clients, including those in China and other Asian countries.

Mr. Stein speaks extensively to in-house IPteams, universities and research centers, IP organizations and societiesthroughout the US, Asia and Europe.  He haspresented on a wide array of topics, enabling him to educate his clients andkeep himself up to date on all of the latest developments in US and world-wideIP law.
